At every fortnightly review, the artefact on screen is a working system the team can click through. No demos of slides. If we cannot show running code, we have not progressed.

Audit-defensible by design

Every agent shipped passes an internal control review before production release. Risk-rated, control-mapped, and aligned with ISA 315, ISA 230, and the firm's quality management standards. Director group signs off the control framework once; agents inherit it thereafter.

Capability uplift across the team

A named cohort of managers and seniors graduate from “AI-curious” to “AI-confident” — measured by the work they produce without me in the room. The goal is a practice full of AI practitioners, not dependence on a single contractor.
